Frequently Asked Questions

My Contacts app looks different. Where is export?
On most phones it is under the menu then Settings then Export, or "Manage contacts" then "Import/Export". On Samsung it is Menu then "Manage contacts" then "Import or export contacts" then "Export".
Are all my numbers and emails kept?
Yes. The spreadsheet has columns for Full Name, First Name, Last Name, Organization, Title, Email, Phone, Address, URL, and Note. When a contact has more than one phone or email, they are combined into one cell, separated by semicolons, so nothing is lost.
Is my contact data uploaded anywhere?
No. The .vcf file is read and converted entirely in your browser. Your contacts never leave your device.
