Frequently Asked Questions
- Which export option should I pick in Google Contacts?
- Choose "vCard (for iOS Contacts)". That produces a .vcf file, which is what this converter reads. The "Google CSV" option also exists, but for a clean conversion the vCard format maps fields most reliably.
- Will multiple phone numbers and emails be kept?
- Yes. The spreadsheet has columns for Full Name, First Name, Last Name, Organization, Title, Email, Phone, Address, URL, and Note. When a contact has more than one phone or email, they are combined into one cell, separated by semicolons, so nothing is lost.
- Is my contact data uploaded anywhere?
- No. The .vcf file is read and converted entirely in your browser. Your contacts never leave your device.
